Little Turtle and The Girl both agree – this is the prettiest jellyfish. Opal Art Glass does good work! Then The Father bought it for The Girl’s birthday and she hung it from her bed frame to swim through the air.
Little Turtle was very obliging and let The Girl take photos of him with these excellent jellyfish (since he knows how much The Girl loves jellyfish). Isn’t he a nice turtle!

Day 1: the glass sandpipers made by Opal Art Glass have yet to realize he is not one of them. Field research will continue until their suspicions are aroused.
Little Turtle met some great octopodes in the booth occupied by Opal Art Glass at the Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts. They reminded The Girl of her friend Alex, whose family runs the Seaside Aquarium in Seaside, Oregon, and who has an orangey-red octopus tattoo named Frank on her shoulder.
